When I first start working with Chris, I was a frustrated, injury-plagued athlete whose athleticism and stubbornness allowed me to compete but not to thrive. Years of training hard, not smart, had taken its toll on my performance and my body. Chris identified weaknesses and imbalances in my movement patterns and explained how my compensation and bad habits were keeping me trapped in a cycle of injuries. He helped me to reframe my thinking about training. He created a program that helped me recover, build strength and bulletproof my body.
Thanks to what he taught me, I understand howto work with, not against, my body. I run better, jump higher, lift bigger, and breathe with intention. I have gained kinesthetic awareness and a better sense of my athletic abilities all whilebecoming fitter and stronger than I was as college athlete.
When I stand on podiums, I know it's because Chris gave me the ability to set the right goals and a powerful training program to help achieve them.
